Principal's Message

Welcome to Green Valley Christian High School. The high school is part of Green Valley Christian Schools, a ministry arm of Green Valley Christian Center, and is passionately committed to being the best Christian high school in the nation! It offers ninth thru tenth grade and will add eleventh grade in 2010 – 2011. Our high school program provides a quality education and great opportunity for positive student/teacher interaction. Class ratios are kept small in order for a more enriching student/teacher environment. Students are given the time and attention needed to be successful in our program. The class size makes mentoring possible. We believe that our teachers are mentors and life coaches who provide encouragement, instruction and support in becoming culture shaping leaders. This strong commitment to a positive and fulfilling student/teacher relationship is important because we offer rigorous Honors and AP courses.

Even though statistics may say that influence on teens’ decisions shifts from the parents to their peers, we still believe in the parental support of our students. It is because of the many negative factors that are prevalent in our culture that we must be intentional about educating them. We stress a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and encourage them to grow and develop in their faith. We provide them with missions and leadership opportunities to build strong character. Strong faith, strong academics, and strong relationships among peers, pastors, and teachers will ensure our students success in college and further encourage principles necessary to becoming life long learners.
